Mr. George. M.O, the Principal of GMS2 Puhana, Roorkee needs no introduction and
is very well known to the people of Roorkee. He hails from Kerala but has been in the
field of education at Roorkee for the last 33 years. He is the founder principal of Army
Public School no.1 Roorkee and remained the Principal for 23 years. The credit goes
to him, in making APS No.1 Roorkee as the top most School of Roorkee. He began his
teaching career, from the erstwhile St. Gabriel’s Academy Where he worked for
seven years,of which, the last 2 years he remained the Vice Principal. He had a tenure
of 2 years at Montfort school Ashok Vihar, New Delhi and 4 years as Principal of St.
Jude’s Academy at Moradabad. He has been instrumental in shaping the life and
career of scores of students entrusted to him. He is very dedicatedand hardworking.
With such a vast experience behind him, he will leave no stone unturned to make
GMS2 Puhana a great success.
